Contract Administration & Construction Works

Our contract administration and construction team will help keep your project on schedule and aligned with your vision. With contract administration in place, construction can officially begin. An experienced Contract Administrator will oversee the process, ensuring progress stays on track and all details are managed efficiently.

What is Contract Administration?

To make a smooth transition from page to reality, a Contract Administrator organises and oversees the successful delivery of the project. They become a central point of contact with the Building Contractor, suppliers, designers and client to help your project run smoothly, keeping progress on track, and compliant throughout the construction phase.

How we help with Contract Administration and Construction Works

Using a wealth of experience, our team can oversee contract administration and construction works to make sure your vision comes to life seamlessly and successfully.

Throughout the construction process, we’ll be on hand for:

  • Tender preparation and contractor selection: We’ll run contract tendering and compile a shortlist of quality contractors. We’ll run through the bids and assist with contract negotiations with your preferred choice.
  • Prepare contract documents: We draft contracts with fine attention to detail. These outline the scope, responsibilities, timelines and obligations for everyone involved.
  • Project coordination: We keep communication flowing between you, the Building Contractor, suppliers and other consultants to make sure everyone is collaborating efficiently.
  • Progress Meeting: We’ll visit the construction site regularly to check progress and make sure building standards and quality specifications are being met.
  • Finance management: We’ll assess the works and advise when you should pay the contractor.
  • Oversee timeline: We focus on keeping your project on schedule by monitoring progress and implementing proactive measures to address any potential delays.
  • Dispute avoidance and resolution: We’ll actively work to discuss issues as they occur. However, if disputes arise, we aim to handle disputes in a fair and timely manner.

What happens next?

Once we have completed Contract Administration and construction works are completed. There are just a few loose ends to tie up.
