MODERN NEW ENTRANCE TO OFFICE COMPLEX

The site is Located near a prominent corner of the Westport Roundabout, on the recently named ‘Bash Street.’ The existing access to the Offices is poorly defined.
The proposal is the insertion of a simple modern structure to provide an internal covered space with access to the main office accommodation. The design is a simple curved roof with steel structure, glazing to the ground floor and a strip of cladding to replicate the Main Casino building.
In addition to the new entrance the plan is to locate 9no. metal cycle storages boxes to be used by the staff of the offices.
