The proposal is for a Modern Community Leisure Facility at Seaton Park in Arbroath. The facility will be the first building of its kind in Scotland built using approximately 90% of recycled, reclaimed or low carbon construction materials.

The proposal combines leisure, recreation & community activities; and will have: a large outdoor 3G 11-a-side pitch, a large timber clad indoor hall suitable for range of sports and activities (dance classes etc), Café space, reception/office, 2no. meetings rooms, associated changing rooms and spectator seating for both the outdoor pitch and indoor hall.

The new building will be developed alongside local charity Showcase the Street to provide a much needed additional leisure facility to support the community.
