REFURBISHING AN EXISTING BUILDING TO CREATE A MODERN OFFICE AND LAB FACILITY

We have been working with a local Pharmaceutical company on a number of projects including: a new visitor centre, new storage warehouses and a refurbishment of an existing building to create office/laboratory facility.
For the refurbishment project the proposal was to over clad most of the existing building to improve energy efficiency and appearance. A new grey metal roof ran around the perimeter to hide the large number of service son the roof.
A new entrance stair/ramp with overhead canopy will help to make more of a feature of the main entrance whilst omitting the existing triangular curtain walling.
