The project is for the refurbishment and extension of an existing Warehouse/Office premises in the West Pitkerro Industrial Estate in Dundee.
The New design embodied three key themes:
- Interaction: Providing a new clear entrance to the building. The new building should address the street and stand out positively.
- Commitment: Working together with a team of committed professionals to ensure the delivery of the design, allowing the existing building to function throughout the build.
- Innovation: A modern fresh extension and re-invigorating the existing building. The new building should have that ‘wow’ factor for all staff and guests visiting the building.
