The proposal is for a mixed used development undertaken as a Phasing strategy to be implemented over a number of years, incorporating an Industrial/Business Park & Housing Development.

Future Phases have also been indicated for further expansion for both Housing and Industrial/Business illustrating the flexibility and potential for growth for this masterplan. The proposals also incorporate extensions to an existing cemetery.

The proposed site (red) not only allows for the immediate expansion of Carnoustie to the North-east but the longer term general expansion and growth of the Town to the North towards the A92.
