We have a longstanding working relationship with local developer DJ Laing and worked in partnership to masterplan the site at Panmure. The site and masterplan have long been established in Angus Council’s local plan.

The overall development is situated in a great location in regards to Carnoustie, the Town Centre, Famous Golf Links and many other sporting and leisure attractions. In the heart of Carnoustie the development has excellent transport links to Arbroath, Dundee and further afield.
The houses are simply and tastefully decorated, with a simple palette of external materials (natural stone, white render, slate roof) to create a modern appearance yet traditional in form.
