The proposal was located on a challenging Brownfield site in the Hilltown, Dundee. We were delighted to continue our longstanding work with Discovery Homes and also with Caledonia Housing Association to provide some much needed homes for Dundee. It is hoped that the houses will set the standard for new Housing Association homes as they will be exceptionally energy efficient.
The proposal is for 40no. low-carbon houses that would efficient, affordable and quick to construct using off-site technology and methods. The plans are for a range of 2, 3 & 4 bedroom houses consisting of 30no. Housing Association Homes and 10no. private houses.
It is hoped the proposal will produce an exemplar housing development for both the Housing Association and the private developer.
