Housing Masterplan on former Industrial Estate 

We have a longstanding working relationship with local developer DJ Laing and worked in partnership to masterplan the site at Panmure. The site and masterplan have long been established in Angus Council’s local plan identified it as an Opportunity Site. 

The development can be accessed from existing streets, and continues simple grid layout of the road, allowing people and vehicles to flow easily through the area along avenue/streets with plentiful parking and landscaping. The avenue/streets promote a safe environment for pedestrians and encourage users to walk to, from and through the site.
