The site is located in Monifieth within the grounds of the Category B Listed Seaview House building, which was falling into disrepair.
The main design approach to the site has been that to Preserve and enhance character and setting of Listed building, whilst creating 3no. new build apartment blocks that have been cafefully designed with a mix of modern and traditional materials.
The design is a sensitive proposal which creates a contemporary flatted development that will enable the conversion and restoration works to the existing listed building, and provide a new use for the building for years to come.
