D J Laing Group Headquarters in Carnoustie occupy an outstanding Building of stature overlooking the Carnoustie Championship Golf Course. This is a far cry away from a dilapidated former Mill Building which they bought over some 15 years ago and converted into the Building you see today.
The Project required funding through Scottish Enterprise Trust and Voigts played a major role in promoting and developing a Case Study which was successful in obtaining substantial funding that enabled the Project to proceed, saving a Building of prominence and preserving and enhancing a Building for the future heritage of Angus.
