WAREHOUSE CONVERSION DESIGNS FOR NEW COMMUNITY LEISURE FACILITY

The proposal is to radically transform an existing warehouse into a much needed community recreation facility, enabling a range of indoor sports and leisure pursuits to be undertaken as part of a coordinated programme under the Showcase the Street charity. The site is located in the Orchardbank Industrial Estate, on the western fringe of the town of Forfar.
The buildings will receive a much needed facelift and the building fabric insulated to current standards. Internally the surfaces will be state of the art including a 7-a-side 3G playing field. A new modern entrance has been created with a glass canopy housing the main entrance/café/reception functions.
